Bilboko Udalaren Hezkuntza, Gazteria eta Kirol Sailak antolaturik Bilbao Hiria pop-rock lehiaketa martxan jarri da berriro. 18 edizio igaro ondoren, Euskal Herrian zein estatu osoan ere musika lehiaketarik ospetsuena bihurtu da Bilbao Hiriarena eta orain europar talde gazteentzako erreferentzia izateko asmoa du. Parte-hartzea europar taldeei zabaldurik dago eta 3 musika mota daude: Pop-Rock, Metal eta Joera Berriak hain zuzen ere. Sarien arloan ez dauka antzekorik: 32000 euro eskudiruan, 2 disken grabaketa, musika tresnak eta kontzertuak beste festibaletan. Aurkezteko epea abenduaren 31n amaituko da.

19 CONCURSO POP-ROCK "VILLA DE BILBAO"
Un año más, el Area de Educación, Juventud y Deporte del Ayuntamiento de Bilbao ha convocado una nueva edición del concurso pop-rock Villa de Bilbao. Tras consolidarse como el concurso musical más reputado a nivel estatal durante 18 años, el "Villa" aspira ahora a ser un referente en el panorama musical europeo de nuevos grupos. La participación está abierta a bandas europeas y existen 3 categorías: Pop-Rock, Metal y Nuevas Tendencias. En el apartado de premios no tiene parangón: 32000 euros en metálico, grabación de 2 discos, instrumentos musicales y conciertos en otros festivales. El plazo de inscripción finaliza el 31 de diciembre.

19th "CITY OF BILBAO" POP-ROCK CONTEST
Once again the Youth Department of the City Council of Bilbao (Basque Country, Spain) has called a new edition of the "City of Bilbao" Pop-Rock contest. After 18 consecutive years this music competition has become the most credited one in Spain and intends now to be a referring point in the music scene of european newcomers. Participation is opened to european bands and there are 3 music categories: Pop-Rock, Metal and New Tendencies. There are 32000 euro in prices. Registration ends December 31st 2006.
Last year there were 1606 competitors and more than 10000 people attended the 24 programmed concerts.

19. Internationaler Musikwettbewerb der "Stadt Bilbao"
Der "Musikwettbewerb der Stadt Bilbao" (Baskenland, Spanien), der bisher bereits 18 Mal stattgefunden hat, wird auch im Jahr 2006 wieder vom Städtischen Amt für Jugend ausgeschrieben und organisiert.
Dieses Festival ist die größte und bedeutendste Newcomer-Veranstaltung in ganz Spanien, was die hohen Teilnehmerzahlen des vergangenen Jahres beweisen: 1606 Bands, 24 Konzerte und insgesamt rund 10000 musikbegeisterte Konzertbesucher und Zuhörer. Der Teilnahme von MusikerInnen aus ganz Europa (Voraussetzung: EU-Bürgerschaft) ist möglich und es gibt 3 verschiedene Musiksparten: Pop-Rock, Metal und Neue Tendenzen. Preise zählen 32 000 euro. Die Anmeldung ist kostenlos, Einsendeschluß ist der 31. Dezember 2006.

Cette année encore l'Espace de la Jeunesse de la municipalité de Bilbao (Pays Basque) organise une nouvelle édition du concours de Pop-Rock "VILLA DE BILBAO". Après 18 éditions, ce dernier s'est imposé comme le concours musical le plus réputé d'Espagne et aspire à devenir une référence dans le panorama musical européen des nouveaux groupes. La participation est ouverte a groupes européens et  il y a 3 catégories: Pop-Rock, Metal et Nouvelles Tendances. Les prix résument à 32 000 euros. Délai jusqu'au 31 Décembre 2006.

Anche quest' anno l'Area Giovani del Comune di Bilbao (Paese Basco) organizza il concorso di Pop-Rock Città di Bilbao.
Nel corso di 18 edizioni questo concorso musicale è diventato il più famoso di Spagna ed ora aspira a diventare un punto di riferimento nel panorama musicale europeo dei gruppi emergenti. Possono partecipare tutti i gruppi  europei e ci sono 3 categorie: Pop-Rock, Metal e Nuove Tendenze. I premi aggiungono 32 000 euros. Termine fino al 31 Decembre 2006.
